| | What does the warranty cover and for how long? |
| Our Custom bikes have a 2 year warranty and the frame for lifetime. Engine warranty may depend on brand chosen (call for details). |

| What is the wait for a new ordered bike? |
| Usually two months once it is ordered and funds have cleared the bank, unless otherwise noted upon order of the bike. |

| How much of a deposit is required for a bike? |
| 75 percent is required when the order is placed and the remaining 25 percent is due upon completion. |

| Do you offer delivery once finished? |
| We deliver within 50 miles of Herndon Va. for no charge. For any delivery or shipping further than 50 miles, charges will apply. |

| What's included with the bike? |
| The finished bike includes, M.S.O. (Manufacturers Statement of Origin) and a Bill Of Sale for registering and insurance purposes. If registered in the State of Virginia, it will also include a Va. State Inspection. |

| Are there any additional charges? |
| Shipping or delivery if over 50 miles and taxes if you are a Virginia resident. |

| Do you also do service work? |
| We do service and maintenance on H-Ds, Indians and Metrics, including upgrades, accessories, custom paint, powder coating, chroming, welding and fab work. Pick up and delivery of the bike can also be arranged. |
