| "I would like to thank Bobby for his professional manner in dealing with customers and his unselfish technical expertise and attitude devoted to bringing hardware dreams to fruition. It is precisely this manner of conduct that produces show winning, magazine featured bikes.
Also a big thanks for all the guys and gals who hang at Bobby's shop and give input to others, Mike and Rick are just a few who helped.
My 15 minutes of fame are almost over now, so I will pass the baton to the next Cool Ridz project that is destined for celebrity and greatness.
Have fun, ride safe". |

| A COOL BOBBER IN EL DORADO, ARIZONA |
| This is what Noel said about his new Cool Ridz Bobber. |
| Thanks Noel. |
| Hey Bobby,
Finally got the bike from Daily Direct Shipping a couple of days ago. Just want to tell you great job on the bike. I couldn’t be more pleased. Great craftsmanship and style. Question for you. Which kinds of fluids do you recommend. I use V-Twin Mobil 1 on my other bike with Bel-Ray trany fluids. Should I use the same on this bike or give it a little more break in time before going to Mobil 1?
Thanks again. |

| Here is an article posted on hdforums.com about CooL Ridz, by Mike Hahn (TheVaGambler). |
| Thanks Mike. |
| This HD Forum site is the greatest. After 2 dealerships telling me nothing was wrong and that's the way my R. K. Classic is supposed to sound, I found a small custom motorcycle shop, Cool Ridz of Herndon, Va, that agreed to order and install some after market products recommended by viewers of this forum and give it a once over. Now it was yesterday, Saturday, they installed the M6-Primary chain tensioner, an E-Z boy lite clutch, changed all the oils, repaired a broken headlight retaining ring, replaced a nut missing on a heat shield and tightened up everything the way it should be. After 4 hours of 2 people working on the bike and one showing me a few of the problems, all my rattles are gone. I couldn't believe it. When they started it up all I could hear was the soft rumble of the pipes. Not one rattle!!! It was not only entertaining and educational but now made me love my bike even more and a pure pleasure to ride. The next time a Harley Tech tells you your bike is supposed to sound like crap, tell them to just kiss it and find someone that really cares about bikes to take care of yours. I'll never see another Harley shop for repairs, never! and boy do I love my Road King Classic.
Thanks guys for the tips of after market needs and I'll be using more as I read about them. |

| Featured shop: CooL RidZ |
| "Usually one of the luxuries I have in life lately is to be around, have access to, or just generally be in contact with motorcycles and the people associated with the industry. Today CycleMadness was able to pop in on a custom bike shop known as CooL RidZ, located in Herndon, Virginia. Of course always the best way is to do so is unannounced so you really get to see what goes on in a shop such as this without all the “Edited” fanfare of the TV camera. We had the privilege of Bobby, owner and partner of the company graciously give us his time, and a tour of this exceptionally clean facility. The shop’s current location has been there a little over a year, but Bobby’s 25 years of personal experience in this industry started when he began Drag Racing KZ1000’s back in 1979, and of course working his way up to what their operation is capable of today. Bobby’s the approachable type that will guide you in buying a bolt on set of handlebars, all the way to a full custom build like the one you see on the lift having the fuel tank mocked up on the bare “Drop Frame” by “NBC” with 300 size tire and TP124 cubic inch motivation. As you can see as well, the shop has quite a few machines, and tools, on hand to complete almost any custom type of undertaking. Custom V-Twins and Harley’s are not the only venue CooL RidZ is capable of working on, as seen on one of the other lifts is a WeedWacker Motored “Ninja Killer”. We must also make mention that CooL RidZ is a three man operation. Partner to Bobby, is “Chris”, and all the around coolest shop guy in Virginia is “Eddie”. I was also privileged to have Bobby burn me a copy of some of the bikes he’s built over the years personally, and for customers, which we’ll post. You’ll see in the pictures that we took while on tour, there are Harley’s in for service, fenders in stock and a parts loft, as well as supply of “raw tubing”, and “flat stock”, metal ready to be beaten, bent, welded, or cut for fabricating purposes. The custom chopper in the showroom is based on a Custom Chrome Hardcore II, but modified with the extra touches, that set a shop like CooL RidZ apart from others. It’s a little hard to convey without the inflection of someone speaking, but Bobby was way more than accommodating while we pitched questions, and generally made a nuisance of ourselves ogling all the goodies while he was answering the phones and being his good natured self. Thanks Bobby…"

GREAT LOCAL SHOP IN NORTHERN, VA. |
| IF YOU NEED ANY PARTS THEY ARE A DEALER FOR CUSTOM CHROME, MIDWEST CYCLE SUPPLY, DRAG, ETC, ETC. THE OWNER, BOBBY, IS FRIENDLY AS HELL, AND HAS THE SHOP TO FIX ANY PROBLEM YOU CAN DREAM UP. WHEN I WAS BUILDING MY BIKE, HE HELPED ME OUT EXTENSIVELY, BY ANSWERING QUESTIONS ANYTIME I CALLED OR STOPPED BY. PROVIDED PARTS AND HARD TO FIND CHROME NUTS AND BOLTS WHEN I NEEDED THEM IN A PINCH. HE COULD JUST AS EASILY TOLD ME HE WAS TOO BUSY TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS, AND STUFF SINCE I WAS BUILDING IT MYSELF AND NOT BUYING MY BIKE FROM HIM. HE EVEN LET ME CHANGE MY OWN OIL IN HIS SHOP. ALL THE WHILE HE WAS HELPING ANOTHER GUY FIX HIS TRAILER. THE BIKE COMMUNITY NEEDS MORE PEOPLE LIKE HIM, SO I HOPE PEOPLE WILL GIVE HIM THEIR BUSINESS BEFORE PAYING A HARLEY DEALER FOR ANYTHING. OH, HE ALSO BUILDS CUSTOM BIKES FOR PEOPLE. :) |

| To Bobby and the guys at Cool Ridz: |
| First of all I just want to tell you the bike is BAD ASSS. I turn every head every where that I go. Four days after I received the bike I drove it 30 miles to Rifle no registration mind you to enter it into a bike show where I won first place in best custom and also first place in people’s choice. It is a blast to ride and I think you guys did an amazing job putting it together! Two weeks after that I went to a HOG (Harley’s owners group) and had all the boys riding stock Harleys asking me who built my bike and I have told everyone who has asked me all about Cool Ridz. I have definitely spread your name throughout the Colorado valley and will continue to do so. You guys put together some awesome bikes. I can’t tell you enough what a great experience it was buying this bike sight unseen and how helpful of you guys were. I attached some pictures of the trophies, the bike, and myself. Thanks again. |
